How to return an item(s) from my order for a refund?
Do you need to return an item? No problem! Follow these simple steps:

1. Email us at info@longshotclothing.com with your order number and the reason for the return

2. We will send you a return form and the return address via email.

3. Fill out the return form and send it back with the item to the provided address.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and correct packaging for them to be accepted. They must be in perfect condition, unwashed and unworn.

If any of these requirements are not met, we will not be able to refund your money.

How long do I have to make a return? 
You can make a return within the next 30 calendar days since receipt of your order.

Who covers the return cost? 
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). In case of defective or incorrect item, please contact us.

When will I receive the refund? 
As soon as our warehouse receives your returned package and processes it, we’ll issue a refund to the same bank account you used to make the purchase. The refund can take up to 14 working days depending on your bank. 

What if my return package gets lost in transit?
Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packaged properly and can't get damaged on the way.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, make sure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Shipping

Shipping Netherlands
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days, please contact us.

Shipping international
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
